We begin with a meeting with your management team to discuss which modules of the program you would see the most benefit from. We discuss your current challenges, recent customer complaints, and objectives with a clear timeline. We recommend setting achievable and ambitious KPIs for your team to help motivate and monitor progress.

Following this, we recommend having our team conduct an anonymous audit of the premises from a mystery shopper perspective to gain a deeper understanding of the current levels.

Based on the outcomes of the previous meetings and the auditing, we will set out and conduct the training plan and sessions with the team, both management and general staff, over a schedule that suits you and your team.

We will conduct monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly mystery audits of the business and submit reports to the management team, with advice and points to improve on. These can range from recommended topics in briefings, to follow-up trainings and refreshers delivered by our team.
